TRADE STAND TERMS & CONDITIONS – DUNDALK SHOW 2026
Application:
Exhibitors must fully complete the online application form and agree to the terms and conditions.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a space. The Dundalk Show management has full discretion over accepting applications and allocating stand positions. They may also reduce space, withdraw permission, or close a stand at any time.
By applying, the exhibitor accepts that no promises or guarantees have been made by the Dundalk Show Society, and the Society is not liable for any profit loss or other damages.
Exhibitors must follow all rules and instructions from Dundalk Show staff at all times. Any disputes will be settled at the sole discretion of the Show Society.
Trading & Selling:
Only goods/services listed on your application may be sold.
Prohibited items include: pellet guns, knives, water pistols, aerosols, or anything harmful.
Trading must only happen from your allocated stand.
Failure to follow these rules will result in goods being seized and immediate removal from the show, with no refund.
Stand Equipment Entry:

Access begins: Friday 12th June 2026 at 9:00am

Heavy equipment deadline: Saturday 13th June by 6:00pm

All other items must be in place by Sunday 14th June at 9:00am
No late entries allowed.
Site & Stand Space:
The final location of stands is at the Show's discretion.
Exhibitors must:

Report to the trade stand head on arrival.

Keep all equipment within the stand space.

Park vehicles only in the exhibitor car park, unless part of the display.

Keep the stand tidy and litter-free, removing all waste after the event.

Avoid any damage to the site.
Changes or Cancellation:
The Show may be postponed, changed, or cancelled due to weather or other conditions.
No compensation will be given for lost profits or costs if the event is changed or cancelled due to factors outside of the Show’s control (e.g. fire, flood, strike, disease, Covid, etc.).
Fundraising & Collections:
No raffles or collections are allowed without prior written approval from Show management and compliance with relevant laws.
Health & Safety:
Exhibitors must follow all relevant health and safety laws and comply with the instructions of the Show’s Safety Officer.
Insurance:
All exhibitors must provide:

A letter from their insurer confirming Public Liability cover.

This letter must specifically indemnify the Dundalk Show Society, Irish Shows Association, and landowner.
No exhibitor will be admitted without this documentation.
Exhibitors are also responsible for their own property and should have adequate insurance for loss or damage.
Loss & Damage:
The Show is not responsible for any loss or damage. Exhibitors must have their own insurance.
Breach of Terms:
Any breach may result in the exhibitor being removed immediately with no refund, and the agreement cancelled.
Documentation Required:
Applications must include all required documents by the closing date:
Friday 5th June 2026.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
